WARBY PARKER SETS ITS SIGHTS ON CROSS KEYS

JULY 31, 2025 – BALTIMORE – Caves Valley Partners announced today that it has signed a lease with eye care retailer Warby Parker for an approximately 1,500 square foot store at Cross Keys.  The store is expected to open in late fall of this year and will be located on the east side of Village Square, next to Ruxton Mercantile, and adjacent to the Cece’s Roland Park courtyard.

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 as a direct-to-consumer brand that disrupted the eyewear industry by offering fashionable, high-quality glasses at an affordable price.  Since the day it launched, Warby Parker has pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see – from designer-quality glasses (starting at $95) and contacts to eye exams and vision tests.

“Warby Parker at Cross Keys will feature our full assortment of eyeglasses and sunglasses, contact lenses, accessories, comprehensive eye exams, and more,” the company said in a statement.  “We’re thrilled to expand our presence in the heart of Baltimore, where Warby Parker can be a one-stop shop for all eye care needs.”

The company’s mission is to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.  This is evidenced in the company’s “Buy a Pair, Give a Pair” program that distributes a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair of glasses sold.

“Warby Parker is a brand that will appeal strongly to the Cross Keys customer,” said Arsh Mirmiran, the partner at Caves Valley Partners leading the development of Cross Keys.  “The stores combine fashion and a sense of community, which fits perfectly with our vision for Cross Keys.  We look forward to having them open in time for the holidays.”

Warby Parker is the latest well-known brand to locate in Cross Keys.  The property features the only Williams Sonoma, Bluemercury, and Yves Delorme stores in the Baltimore area as well as unique local retailers like Ruth Shaw, which relocated back to Cross Keys in April.  Nine Tailed Fox, Atlas Restaurant Group’s much-anticipated Chinese concept, opened earlier this month, joining six other food and beverage offerings at the property including Always Ice Cream Company, Cece’s Roland Park, Easy Like Sunday, Kneads Bakeshop & Café, Luna Oaxaca, and ZaVino Italian Marketplace.  Pilates House, Baltimore’s premiere boutique Pilates studio is slated to open in September.
