Two new restaurant tenants are the latest news in the redevelopment of Cross Keys. Arsh Mirmiran of Caves Valley Partners explains more in a recent video.
The Cordish Company is set to debut Cece’s Roland Park with an anticipated launch in the spring of 2024. This new restaurant will feature coastally inspired Mediterranean cuisine. Customers will be able to dine inside a welcoming interior or in a re-envisioned outdoor courtyard with fire pits and a bar.
Construction has recently started on a new building that will house an Asian concept from Atlas Restaurant Group. Slated to open around Labor Day in 2024, the Patrick Sutton-designed restaurant will be situated alongside a smaller “jewel box” structure that will be home to a coffee/bakery shop and an ice cream store.
